That is brilliant.
Actually reminded me of a parking ticket I once got, was disguised to look like a council issued fixed penalty notice when I had parked in a private car park. They actually sent evidence as a photo of my car parked there, so I sent evidence back of their letter being left unauthorised in my house issuing them with a comparable fine and they went away
