Sorry, one last question. I have ordered the module. Once I fitted it, do I need any equipment to check codes or to reset? Or is it just plug it in and hopefully it will sort itself out thank you again for all your help your thread has been really informative.

Hi Rich - No just reconnect the new module and it will work straight away. No need to clear anything or reset anything. Good luck.

If you are local to Birmingham , I have a rear bumper that I cut down to make a jig you can loan, the idea is that you remove your bumper ( you will need to if you have faulty sensors anyway) and then can easily swap sensors and check connections etc, ensuring you have a fully working system before refitting your own bumper, it stops all those bumper on bumper off moments.
