Parking like a xXxX on purpose...

My space at work (only pic i have on my mobile when i used my Z ) - not the safest but avoids door dings!upyze7yq.jpg

Looks like you did a nice hand brake turn into that space.

I couldn't bring myself to take up two spots. I just find empty spaces at the back, if there isn't any I'll find the widest gap, if there isn't any I'll park next to the nicest looking cars I can. No dings yet touch wood!

Here's an example of what I mean about that last space before the fence... and, an example of someone trumping me big stylee.. using two Disabled spaces. They're not disabled, and there's over 50% of the car park empty at present.

I would argue that this person is indeed mentally disabled.

i think that site is for people that park irresponsibly to the detriment of others, if its your car park - you can park wherever you like

My point is that I didn't post it for you to put it on a site like that...

[just stirring]Surely nobody wants to go onto a site like that...? [/just stirring]

Of course he does. Why else would he park like that then post the picture here with a title referencing the site. He's just too modest to post it himself so i thought i'd be helpful.

This would have been really impressive had the wheel tracks shown you to have done a 180degree handbrake turn into position

I had a problem with people opening their doors onto my car in work and even one instance where someone parked so close I had to get in from the passenger side!

Ever since, i've bee. Parking here:

It's not a parking area, but technically theres nothing to stop you parking there. They've since removed the railings which allows for 3 cars to park here.

I got a sticker on my window last week saying I was in the wrong parking area. But my manager did also and he wasn't bothered in the slightest. I'm not blocking anyone or causing anyone any harm. It was just a new security guy who wanted to be a jobsworth.

So at the office, here's where I park. Yes I know it will get on some peoples t1ts, but so far the car remains dingless. The company put a new perimeter fence in some years back and this made the last parking space fit for a bike really so I now use half of that and the next to ensure a nice shield around the car. Some would say nuts or worse, I say peace of mind bordering obsessive. How about you?

i like your style  im sure everyone would love to this but think twice about it

not half anal enough for me maniac , you only have the nearside covered, some twat could park an inch off your offside and then ding city !! besides if you are the boss you should be able to arrange an executive bay with moat, spotlights and manned machine gun towers. this is an M coupe we are talking about here !!!

i'd do the same, there are about a dozen slots across the campus i will use. most are on the ends of isles so you can park on the white line and well over the bay. if you did what you did tho here you'd get a ticket for £40, people would also try and park in that slot.

i had some one par so close that they had got out and folded my mirror in! the barstewards.... i was so annoyed i left them a note in which my displeasure was pretty clear. i said if they had a problem they should email me. turns out its the professor in my dept. .... they never did say anything :D

My view on this is if I'm willing to park further away from the door, and there are loads of free spaces, then I'll take up two spots.
People just don't care, its amazing the number of times I have seen people smack their car doors off other cars...

Do you have your checklist of cars you won't park next to?
People Carriers
Cars with child seats / toys in the back
Old coupes (longer doors)
Old cars with bodywork / paintwork damage.

Its tough work...
