Okay guys, has anyone come across this before?

Now, I know that the previous owner replaced the rear calipers a couple of years ago but I don't know if he replaced the motors too, or if he used the existing ones.
My diagnostic tool can read the parking brake motor live data temperatures, and they were both reading 18-19ºc which doesn't seem too hot ...so I'm confused why it's throwing codes.
Could it be a loose wire or bad connection somewhere maybe?
Just wondering if it's a common issue and if anyone can point me in the right direction. Thanks
