Parked up-

Hi all-I parked the car today in a spot surrounded by 9-10 spaces around me, just pressed the lock on the fob and walked around the bonnet when this a/hole pulls along side me about a foot away in a beat up 206 (55 plate with a big dent in the bonnet)-so I stop as I couldn't believe it, so I stand looking at him and said with sarcasm "Oh can you get out ok?"-the face he pulled trying to get of his car without touching mine was a picture(he managed it)-fookin idiot!-why oh why do they do it?? :headbang:

I wonder what he posted on the 206 Forum tonight....

"I Parked tight up next to this gleaming Z4 today when there were plenty of spaces elsewhere... You should have seen the drivers face contorted with worry as I squeezed out of the 206 only mm's from his door"

Does any one ever leave this Forum. We seem to have more diverse cars than PH some times. :D

Probably just as well you were there Andy or you might have come back to a small, but annoying, mark in the door.

206 drivers do small and annoying really well. (Except my son, he's quite tall  )

I think forums are changing, real mates are made on them these days, especially car forums where people will drive miles to meet up.

I'm still a regular on an MX5 forum, some great blokes and lasses on there who I've met up with several times so the craic is great. I think it's nice that tenuous friendships that start with one mutual interest can grow into something more, so why not hang about on car forums when you've moved onto another marque.

Apart from anything else, if I left the MX5 forum I'd be taking a lot of knowledge with me that can still help the new people that join. The downside is, I've got mates all over the country now and one who lives in the South of France - costs a bloody fortune visiting them! :D

Mr M's theory is that these people can't park unless they are next to another car. They need to park next to the only car for miles (usually our nice cars) as they can't line their car up in a space properly otherwise.
I don't agree, I just think they're @rseholes.
