Half way through my Club Pilot training and wondered if anyone else on here runs off hills attached to a glider!

Tried it once, but I stuck to the real thing, people asked me why I wanted to jump off a cliff with an overgrown knotted hanky on my head! Although I will confess to doing a tandem ski jump 10,000 feet up in the alps, landed with a slight jolt, hence my mates on the valley floor nicknamed it, 'Parashaggio'! (this was the Italian side of the Alps, and I was the one in front!)

Had a flight for my birthday last year. Spent 45 mins floating over Chamonix, what an experience.
