Panel between the boot and softtop

Does anyone know if this is just held on by the 4 hex screws in the boot, or are there other "hidden" ones somewhere???

The panel itself is held to the brackets each side by 4 plastic clips. You'll need to be inside with the roof up. Poke your head through the middle to see them.

Once undone, you can pull the panel out from onside the boot.

The brackets themselves are a PITA to remove even when you've undone the Torx
