Pairing modules? Easiest way?

Wanted to know if there is an easy way to pair modules (abs module, air bags) with a code reader/ writer. Bought the Bcables long time ago and have not gotten it to work. Also, bought iCarly.. I don't like it so far :(

If you alread have the Bcables cable and software you will find it loads INPA and NCS Expert programmes on the laptop. Setting the configeration is often a problem when ypou put it on the laptop, just keep trying, usuall the com port setting or getting the right driver file is all that is needed. Once you have INPA operating you should find NCS Expert runs ok as well.
When doing any coding start INPA and check it makes connection with the car ok. Close INPA and open NCS Expert to code a module or amend the coding files on the module of your choice. Good Youtube video that explains how the system operates here based on coding comfort access which will give you an idea on how NCS expert works. Once you get your head around it you will sail through coding a module to the car. It is important to replace any module with a like for like part number unless Realoem parts list for your car indicates a later module can be retro fitted. Some can but others cannot be exchanged. Just sorted a mates Airbag module problem out, wrong partt number fitted which was an older version and didnt work on his car, fitted one with the correct part number and coded it to the car, problem solved.

Look for a free download of software called NCS Dummy when you get proficient at using NCS Expert you can then use NCS Dummy to provide an English Translation to the files you extract which makes it easier to find what you want to change in the coding.
