Paintless Dent Removal

Someone in a car park has put a small dent above the rear wheel arch, passenger side. It's an inch above the crease line that runs down the car.
I had a dent guy out who said he couldn't reach from behind (although he'd never repaired a Z4 before).
He tried from the inside as well as by the door. Said it was double skinned.
Has anyone had a similar experience? and if so is there an easy way to access from behind?

I've seen the dent repair professionals do some amazing repairs that you would think were impossible. I would suggest trying another vendor before giving up on a paint less repair.

Thats rubbish. Get someone else. I had a dent in almost the same spot. I think he sloted a S shaped bar through a gap in the door closure recess. Repair done, £50.

I have near 14 dents removed from my z4 few days back..and the only one he could not remove is the one in the exact location as in the pic above...

Just could not reach it..had the tools. Access was blocked inside the panel. He tried from the wheel arch and from the door shut past where the fuel goes in from

U r right. They couldn't do it. But I bought one of those hot glu popper things of ebay and did it myself. It worked a treat!!! No dent.

Have you a link?

Also sometimes heating then cooling the area can pull dents out. Hot air gun and then dry ice?

I have not done it but i have seen a youtube video.

Don’t you love it when you’re careful with your car, clean it, cover it and then through someone else’s carelessness you get a dent?? 🤬

The car is kept out the back in front of my garage covered and these days is not moved much. I took the cover off today to give it a quick once over and instantly notice a tiny 1cm dent off the crease of the bonnet that wasn’t there last week - not huge but in my eyes pretty clear. The bonnet is new after it was replaced and repainted about 18 months ago. I have no way of proving who did it but a neighbour behind us has a gas/plumbing business and is constantly unloading and generally faffing about with pipes and boilers and what not. The dent lines up with the side door of his van - my guess he unloaded something long and gave the bonnet a whack. Can’t prove anything of course but irrespective I really want to get this fixed.

I also have dents as below on the inside of the drivers door - I’m guessing where the previous owner slammed the door shut on the seatbelt clip.

If I call a guy I’ll see if I can get these sorted too. What do you guys think - are these repairable? Any recommendations for a good guy/company around Southampton way?

Cheers
