Paint codes for M cars

My ti M is so common with default black leather vs my old 1 in 3 stratus with Amarone coupe :cry:

Here's a random question, totally unrelated but still related to paint!
Say you went for a full respray or wrap, from Interlagos Blue to... for example... Yas Marina Blue, because it's still blue, does that need to be declared as a colour change to the DVLA?
I think I'm going to cave and have my entire front end resprayed as I'm not happy with the road rash... but last night I was watching a few videos on the new 2015 M3 in Yas Marina Blue and I just adore that colour! I so wouldn't have the marbles to re-colour a car like the ///M but it was just at the back of my mind! :evil:
 
The DVLA only have it recorded as blue so no reason to notify.

Some Ruby Black owners V5 also say red when most would say the car is black. Guess they take ruby as bring the primary colour.

DVLA can be even 'wronger' than that, the V5 for Ade Flint's Alpina RS stated that it had 4 seats - he spent hours looking for them... :wink:
