So what are the advantages over these in comparison to OEM, do they withstand heat better?

Better bite i'd imagine! TBH, i should of probably just bought OEM ones, nowt wrong with them...

Just the dust I suppose, I would buy OEM ones again for stopping power, but they are dusty
