Looks to me if bank 2 lambda's aren't correct. The voltage reading for both pre and post one's on 2 don't look right to me, I'll compare them with what I have when I get home if you want. Trouble with INPA is everyone seems to have different versions with some parts translated and some parts not.
Have you reset the adaptations recently with INPA as you don't seem to have any long term fuel trim adjustments on there which I believe are the 'multiplikative' readings. Usually you would have some adjustment even if small unless you've reset them, these are a good indication of how your running, rich or lean.
TBH, INPA ain't really that great of a tool, unless you have data to compare it to it's kinda useless as I've found out in the past. DIS works better IMO for the average joe if you have it as far as diag's go.
