Also got to feel for the two people shot in Aus yesterday. One was trying to be a hero and one protecting her pregnant friend.
The guy doing the shooting was off his rocker anyway and didn't even take the right flag with him.
Such a waste of life! There is just too much of this going on in the world at the moment, its about time something serious was done about it!

And all in the name of religion? It's shocking what our world has become. We used to have Eastern Europe, Russians as our enemies, even the Chinese and of course the 1st and 2nd world wars were very very sad times, but they were eventually resolved. This war will never ever end......
We are a soft touch, Now we have the clowns demanding answers from our security services who are trying to keep us safe.
Lily livered 'Do Gooders' demanding to know how we obtained intelligence to prevent terrorist attacks - you couldn't make it up.
Maybe the Guardian reading, sandal wearing, lentil eating, lefty do gooders should be sent out to these regions to obtain reports from people involved in these called intelligence gathering atrocities.

I cant imagine the mind-set of anybody that can actually commit such an horrendous act. There doesn't appear to be a deterrent/answer to these people either. Once brain-washed they are quite happy to die, they are very happy to kill and if jailed, they have a captive audience in jail to also convert.
The Iranian guy in Sydney was a *refugee*, presumably seeking a ''safe'' country to live in (how ironic). Once in Austraila he sent offensive letters to the families of dead soldiers, was charged as an accessory to the murder of his ex-wife and also faced 40 sexual and indecent assault charges!! How is he even allowed to walk the streets? Surely as a refugee you have to abide by a countries laws or face deportation?
My young children are growing up in a world where mixing with children of different races and religions is normal. I hope that the way these children have been integrated in a civilized western society, means that the hate of people and low value of human life of different faiths fades through generations.

It brings me to that awful vile woman jailed the other day for inciting racial hatred. Don't care if she has a British a Passport, take it off her and send her back to her originating land.

Pakistan is a complex place. Wasn't this a Muslim on Muslim attack? The Pakistani intelligence service has been linked to the Taliban in the past too. Military coups, political assassinations, Bin Laden living there in relative impunity - nothing is what it seems in Pakistan.

I often wondered about the motivation that brought American forces to fight the Nazis in WW2. When I watched video film of interviews and those soldiers would say things like - to fight for freedom and to fight against the evil of Nazism I could understand but didn't fully appreciate the motivation.
But having seen video of recent atrocities and heard the repeated reports of horrendous actions I can now understand how such attitudes were strong enough to have them travel a long way from their homes to fight against such evil. Very sad state of affairs when history is repeating itself. The worrying thing is have we learnt the lessons of history?

A soft touch indeed, in other words, appeasement. Look where that got us. It's about time we resurrected the death penalty for treason, we are at war with these deranged rsouls. We put them in prison for 5, 10, 15 years or whatever will just make matters worse for us when they come out. The only solution is to wipe every last one of them off the face of the earth and we need to do it now. You want martyrdom? Fine by me.
