So it was goodbye today to my 3 year old San Fransisco Red and welcome to my new Portimao Blue with Technology and Comfort Pack. Just the 2.0 again but quick enough for me and has enough gizmos to keep me going. Here's a couple of (crappy) pictures. Just one small niggle..... Don't think the passenger wiper blade should park like this.

Cognac inside.

Oooooooo mazel tov! Love the new blue too. Maybe in 18 months I will order the same. ;) need to see that blue in the flesh first.

That looks stunning - Portimao was my second choice colour. Your right about the passenger wiper, here's is a picture of mine for comparison.

If the wipers are st to auto, they move upwards slightly on the screen. Switch off auto and they will drop down into the parked position.

Thanks for the tip. I did actually notice this in park but still think on auto it's a bit odd. Another thing...
.. Anyone know if the passenger side mirror dip feature on reverse had been dropped?

Wow, it doesn't seem like 3 years since the G29 was launched!

I can't help with your questions, but those are two fabulous colours you've had - enjoy. :driving:

That’s a gorgeous colour combination, congratulations

From memory it only works when the button used to adjust each side is in the right position. Hope that makes sense/ I think the nearside mirror only dips in reverse when that button is over to the right as if going to adjust the offside mirror.

PS Is that Cognac interior? It looks good with the Blue

Yes cognac. I so wanted the Thundernight but could only get it with ivory trim and I just couldn't see me keeping it clean. Then this popped up and I thought oh yes. By the way, there's good deals to be done on the Z4 with 3-4K off list the norm.

Wiper motor should park when engine is off and open a door or when you switch the wipers off.

Mirror when reversing will dip when you have the adjuster switch set to the drivers side mirror.

Interesting, I have the Thundernight with cognac...

Lovely colour.
I've got the ivory interior and it still looks perfect at 3 years old. and circa 27,000 miles.
