Out of work as of today

Just thought id post this up guys - less than 2 weeks after taking ownership of my Z4 I am now out of work.

Had i known this was going to happen I wouldnt have bought it.

Bad news is the car might have to go, not sure if theres a cooling off period or something - will have to have a read up.

If anyone knows of any work in the Hull area please feel free to shout out - ill do any type of work pretty much.

Feel your pain

Been working on rig repair in Norway for the past 6 months which was looking good to stay busy a while, apparently not though :roll:

First time I've been out of work since I was 16, bored is an understatement

Left my job 2 months after I purchased my zed... just glad I didn't go for a more expensive E89 model.

I had another job in Spetember which turned out to be a complete waste of time (not as described) so I left that soon after, I'm currently unemployed again but I've accepted a great job which starts in September, but in the mean time I'm finding it a challenge to get anything... all the shop jobs etc. (which I'd be quite happy with to fill the gap) are telling me I'm over qualified

Try and find a computer games QA tester job. Pay is rubbish and hours can be long but for a short term job it's not too bad and qualifications aren't a problem. We get all sorts doing the role, mostly students trying to get properly into the industry, but experienced people from other industries seem to have more sense.

If you've got a crappy daily driver car, pizza delivery can be a decent way to get minimum wage plus tips and fuel money whilst usually leaving your daytime free. Again, older people are more reliable than young chavs...
