Ouch!.....my poor baby

That's got to hurt - at least he had the bal*s to come in and tell you  - CCTV or not, honesty is getting rare these days.... :(

Just the other week I watched a Mum open her 5 series rear door into a Merc S class multiple times trying to get her little darling into the backseat :o
When I stopped her and told her she just shrugged. :x

Cheers,

Nelson.

ouch, but make sure you check all shutlines for overspray when you get it back. hope they do a decent repair for you

Ouch, a sad day indeed. Mind you at least he told you, but then I wonder if that's because there's a CCTV camera overlooking the car? Hmm :)

Just give the guy the credit for being honest..... :poke:

ouch - looks like a new rear bumper and side panel - least he fessed up - so couldnt have been worse.

The guy is a real decent chap and he was mortified. He has been extremely helpful and done the deed with insurance. Even if CCTV not there, he would have fessed up.

Car going in Thursday next week, at same time taking delivery of hire car.

I dinged my 5 series twice! ouch....told direct line that i wanted a bmw repair. the local dealer provided me with a courtesy car on both occasions once a 525d andonce a X5.

Ouch, poor Z :(
Nice to hear that the guy's a stand-up chap, rare to see these days. Glad it's getting all sorted

Jesus, he must of got a run up! :x

I hate when people do this, 9 times out of 10 they just Drive of sharpish :x

Joe.

I Feel for you, at least you were wronged by a decent bloke and that makes it so much easier to accept. I don't go with the blame thing, been there done that etc.
