Other Group buys?

Cruise requirements also differ across different models as regards what is needed, and also peoples ability to fit etc.

one reason Ive not piped up and said a groups buy of Headlights without the amber indicator would possibly be popular - even though Id be very tempted ...
 
i agree with TH3R4POR about the CC.

so let's keep this to a few items or well just lose track and this thread will be loast forever...

* Clear Tail lights
* Strut brace
* Parrot
* MFSW
* M Steering Wheel
 
i would be interested in the mfsw or the m steering wheel, does the m steering come with mf buttons and is it plug and play with a 03 model

I have not had time to do the leg work on this group buy. Got to work otherwise can't afford the car let alone new lights! I had sent Bob an email after the group buy option seemed a possible 'go' but he hasn't come back to me yet. Did he give any indications? Did he give you a standard buy cost per pair to give us a better idea?
 
i also emailed him and got no response. I know they've changed from Cooper to Arden. Maybe their email addresses have changed? though i never got a failer email bounce back.

He did say he would work something out on the lights and possibly the mfsw, but the cruise control is not that expensive so any savings would be minimal, He seemed keen to do something but also said he has been really busy. I am seeing him in the next couple of days so if he hasnt posted anything I will see how he is getting on.

Actually I saw Bob Monday and asked if any luck yet, he did say hes not sure he can get oem parts anywhere near non oem, but then added he is so up to his eyes in it, with people taking holidays etc, he hasnt had chance to have a proper look yet to see what he can do, but as soon as he can he will.

I would guess a good place to start is as I did with the hardtops, and get some idea of how many would be interested,and in what item (s). lights. mfsw etc. that would give him something more concrete to go to BMW with.

But be warned, again as I found out, who says they would like, and who will actually part with cash, can be two different things, and in order for Bob to get the discount, he will need some sort of volume.
