Osram Nightbreaker Plus install - pics

I've seen these that look like good.

I've fitted LED's in the past and they've started flashing within a week. I tried 4 different types in my last car that all started flashing on the same side so I thought the car was at fault but to hear you've had flashing it must be an LED thing?
 
I think one of my LEDs was faulty tbh... I plugged it into the boot light and it did the same thing. I think you have to be really careful with them - any mark or dirt on one of the yellow diodes and I think it buggers it up and it flashes :?

Well I've just ordered some so I'll take some photos and keep you updated.

I'll make sure I wear rubber gloves and I'm really careful with them.
