Options on parking for the Eventim Hammersmith Apollo

Guys,

Can anyone suggest parking options for the Eventim Hammersmith Apollo? for tomorrow night, silly me I'd assumed that there would be ample public parking nearby but their website seems to deter parking in the surrounding areas, as we'll be coming up the M3 from the south would I be best just to carry on to Richmond, get a pre show meal & then take the District line straight to Hammersmith. (added bonus is that I'd miss the M25 completely by taking this option).

Their website does offer a suggestion of parking in the Kings Mall shopping car park, anyone care to comment on this option?

Going to see Kevin Bridges, looking forward to it, it's been booked for about a year, TBH, I could do with a bit of light-heartedness right now.

Thanks for your help.

Tony

Ah, options options. I parked in the Kings Mall car park a few years ago. It's a multi-storey for the nearby shopping centre and high street. That is definitely one option for parking in Hammersmith. The last time I was in Hammersmith in the early evening, I parked on street. Depending on the restrictions for the local street, it may be free after 6.30pm which may mean you will pay for about one and a half hours if you say arrived about 5pm.

I looked up the walking distance from Kings Mall car park to Apollo Eventim: about 0.8miles which may be doable if you and your lady can walk a little or she is wearing comfortable shoes. I would prob just walk straight down the yellow and straight into the main road and go across that (parallel to the long blue line show):

Are you driving from Dorset tmrw? Hope you enjoy the show. I've not been to the Apollo before but may try and get tickets to a show there later this year.

Park at my house and take the tube. Seriously its better to park out near somewhere like Osterley / Hounslow then risk parking in the centre..

Hounslow West tube station has a car park. Piccadilly line direct to Hammersmith about 25 mins or H91 bus from just outside the car park about 30 mins to Hammersmith. Have a fun evening

Indeed, Osterley also has a car park. There are plenty of free to park areas in and around the area though which are 5 mins walk to the tube.

Sorry guys, I forgot to select the 'Notify when someone replies' tickbox & so didn't see your replies until after the event, In the end I just parked at Richmond NCP right next to the station, they have a fixed night rate of £5.30 from 6pm to 8am & we took the District into Hammersmith, all worked out ok outbound but there was a broken down train on the return leg causing a part closure of the District, still, the 190 bus was only 1/2hr or so back to Richmond.

Thanks for your replies.
