So I was doing a bit of tidying up, tweaking and generally tw@tting about with the zed today.

I've been experiencing a metal-on-metal clank from the front end recently and presumed it was a broken spring. (V familiar with the sound of broken springs :roll: ). However, on further inspection it's not the springs.

Strongest suspicion is the arb bushes but after taking both front wheels off more of the bushes are looking prettty tired.

Also give the nuts on the strengthening bars under the bonnet a pull down, did mine and no more low speed or speed bump clunks. Your drop links are shot Chris. Needs a bit of a refresh on the rest of the bushes

But please, please use a torque wrench on these, else you'll be looking at sheared studs on the towers to replace...
