I spent 6 months searching for mine. If I were to sell it I would be looking for £13,500+ also .. Its all dependent on spec, condition, mileage and ownership

I just read the OP's wish list on the previous page - it reminds me of my search last year!
The first one I looked at was everything I didn't want, an SE in silver with black interior (I had just spent 6 and a half years in a silver 1 Series with black interior) but it was less than 10 miles away!
But having driven it the search became much more urgent!
I compromised on a few things but am still thrilled with the Sport model I bought.
I know OP says SE or Sport is OK, but if he hasn't tried the standard SE seats I would suggest he looks at them - to my mind they have no place in a 3 litre Z4. The Sport seats are just so much better!
Anyway GLWTS - I look forward to updates, and hopefully photos in the not too distant future!
