Opinions on this car please

I've come to the conclusion that forum members (in general not just here) are really tough on valuations for exceptional and low mileage examples of a particular model, which is surprising since they know full well how easily you can blow £1-2k attending to very routine jobs like a service, tyres, brakes or body imperfections. If this is as good as it looks, with no expenditure on the horizon and comes with an all-singing warranty then I'd say it can't be far off it's value.
It's pointless comparing it with an average miles/condition/spec motor with no warranty at £2k less - different proposition = different value.

Right looking at it options wise - They are a bit odd.
Here are the last 7 digits of the VIN LF69146 confirming no Xenons or Cruise (listed in the ad)
First off here is the CAP Trade in value:
Which as you can see is £11,300 in perfect condition taking into consideration the miles and options.
Now here is the original value of the car
From the factory, it was worth £39,510 including options. First registered 14/12/2007 meaning its 6 years, 3 months, 17 days old.
So he thinks its worth 38% of its original value. I bought mine at 36% of its original value when it was just under 5 years old with 32k on the clock and a higher original value.
Now the car does have 3 mods on it. 19" CSLs and tyres (I dont know if these are original or not), a stubby and black grills. If you consider the value of these mods to be say £500 then the original value would have been £40,010. So according to my depreciation calculator, at 6 years of age had the car had 60,000 miles on it, it would be worth £11,603:
Naturally its 3 months older, so that makes it £11,203 for me. Then its done 26,500 miles less than average. Which at £50 extra per 1000 miles = £1325 for me.
Overall valued at £12,528 if up from a private seller. As above its got a "warranty" of sorts with it, which may be worth something. Full dealer history does make it more valuable.
As I said above, I think it should be up at £13,000. BMW should have it for £13,500-£14,000.
I seriously recommend looking at Robs car (same colour) :

As its a bargain in comparison and you can add the extra bits for way less than the £3,500 price difference.. Not to mention it has more options, just been serviced and a new MOT.

I also had a look at Robs car which is a beauty, thing is I am dependent on selling my car.

So I went and viewed this car today. In the flesh it was spotless and the Ruby is a stunning colour.
Took the car out on a test drive and it left me feeling somewhat deflated and not quite sure why.
I cant seem to put on finger on whether it was the auto box or the ride on 19" rims?
Does the ride really differ compared to 18" rims that my other half has on her manual 3.0si?
Also the auto box didnt feel particularly sporty. Not sure why, maybe to use to the DSG in my TT.
Has left me well screwed up, cos I have sold my Audi TT which will complete on Tuesday but don't have a replacement car that I was certain would have been the Z4.
Going to test drive an SLK AMG 55 tomorrow, hope that delivers otherwise I may have to cancel the sale and rethink the whole thing -

Dont forget this is a torque converter auto with 2002/3 technology in comparison to what I can only presume is your dual clutch DSG / S-Tronic with 6/7/8 gears. It should feel like a dinosaur in comparison but its a pure auto not going to be as smooth or quick to change.
As for the power I didnt really notice a difference between the manual and autos when I tested them. Is the other halfs 3.0 the i or si engine?
I think the 19s will have more impact in the form of harsh ride rather than performance but of course low profile tyres will have an effect too..
