As seen here http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/302967.htm and here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2004-BMW-Z4-low-mileage_W0QQitemZ190203952934QQihZ009QQcategoryZ9837QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

It seems like it has quite a high spec, though no Sat Nav (see my other thread for my thoughts there).

I'd also try and get him to knock the price down a bit too.

Just remember that the wheels will rust ...

I know. My company modifies and repairs the wheels Pristine http://www.pristinealloywheels.co.uk/ can't do, so I'm sure I could get a discount on a refurb. Or just use it as an excuse to get some of these http://swtyres.co.uk/wheels/beyern/mesh/silver when it happens.

Looks bloody gorgeous :) . Silver is such a good colour to show the cars lines.
I would offer 14800 if all looked good.

Bugger me No Fit State, I just made a comment on your other thread about it, before I saw this thread :headbang:

Nice car,,

lol. just seen your other comment.

I'd really set my myself up on buying one that had Sat Nav, but this one has nearly everything else including the Carver upgrade.

I only wanted it as an extra toy, as I really don't need Sat Nav as I hardly ever drive any where that I don't already know the way.

I was thinking the same as I looked at it.

and a Mango stubby aerial

Clean looking car though, but they all look good at a distance. It's the detail of the close inspection that tells all.

How true.

The one I viewed last week looked great in the picture and even from a couple of feet away. Up close though and within 10 mniutes I could tell it had been in a smash :(

IMO Nav does not belong in a sports car. In fact I read BMW did not want to have that as an option in the Z4 but was forced to include it in the Euro and US market. Anyway, a Garmin Nuvi 360 will run around 300 bux and it can be used in multiple vehicles.

Agreed Sat Nav would not be a deal breaker for me, particularlly not in a BMW 8)

Nice looking car, but no M Sport Seats :fuelfire:

This car was for sale when i was looking for mine (not that that is a bad sign) as i dont think it was that long ago.

I got a silver 3.0, carver upgrade, red leather and the 108 alloys, and its great. I still dont understand why people complain about the wheels 'rusting'...i have never seen any that rust only 'bubble' on the outside rim. The wheels were starting to go like that on mine, however before i collected it the guy had them done, cost 200 quid in total and they are like new. The amont of people that comment on them is amazing. (when clean).....As for sat nav, i had a brand new hire car for a week recently which had the bmw sat-nav !...even after a week it still pi$$ed me off, it looks cool popping up from the dash, but thats about it.

I certainly wasnt bothered if mine had sat-nav or not. For what BMW charge to spec this on a brand new car i can only imagine is ridiculous, i would rather go out buy a tom tom for what is probably £1800 less and use that money for something else !....like tyres as the runflats are like riding with no tyres at all.

whinge over, feel better.
