Guys,

Thought I'd throw this one out there and see what the general feeling is!

I've got my 06 plate Z4MR tucked away for the winter, as I now have a 118d M-Sport to use as my daily driver.
The M has a lovely set of genuine CSL's on her and the original 18" M wheels are sat here doing nothing. They're all in great condition with a fair amount of tread left on them.

My dilemma... I'm about to move house in the next few weeks and I can't decide whether to keep the standard wheels and lug them with me to store in the shed at the new place, or whether to stick them up on here for sale. I don't really need the space for anything else if I keep them, so that's not the issue. (Although a few hundred quid in my pocket wouldn't go amiss!)

However... and this is where you guys come in... do you think the car would be easier to sell with the standard wheels (not that I'm planning to sell anytime soon), or will it not make much difference??

What would "you" do?

Cheers guys!
Stuart

Matter of maths really, CSL alone would sell for 1k +, car with CSL on them would not be worth a lot more.

M wheels - about £450 - £500 or so.

If you can store them, you would make more money when selling the M with the OEM wheels and sell the CSL separately.

I will come and pick up the wheels and look after them untill needed.
Might be a little less tread though.

Agree totally, that's what I will do, put my originals back on when/if it's time to sell and move the CSL's on separately .
