Operation Cotton Wool

Trying!! Just gotta sell a flat and a 3.0SE first!! lol

Don't think we'll be buying in Blackheath though.... swmbo wants a house (as do I really) and it's a little out of our price range round here!!

Stage 2 of my garage conversion complete. Electrician rewiring the house has sorted power in my garage so I now have lights and sockets My gorgeous MC looks stunning surrounded by white walls, sitting on black rubber matting and with the reflections of the light gently bathing her!

God I love my car :D

Next stage. Mezzanine.

Think I'd get him to fit a front upstand on that to stop things falling off the front and onto your Z :o

Already on the upgrade list

Lovely - are you fitting a bed so you can sleep with her ? :D

I know garages are expensive in London, but giving up your house for your car is above and beyond

Seriously, that's a bed. My son has one very similar

Looks really good though

Might well be! Especially if the gf decides Im spending too much time in there looking at the car :D
Real thing will be home to a workdesk, seat, lighting, kettle, tools etc.

Sorry but edge of ply floor should have finished on the centre of a joist not overlapping it :)

Ladder should have been spaced from wall 100mm so you could use it easier :)

Otherwise

Ply floor does finish in centre of joist; this was pre-trim photo. Ladder needed to be screwed to wall upright for stability and maximum space efficiency. Works a treat

That's fantastic - before you know it you'll have an easy char and a wi-fi router in there so you can work form your Z's home

And I have to say, you have the tallest bloody garage I have ever seen !
