while I was on ebay.de, saw this advertised, never seen them before, don't mind the rear lights (kind of remind me of SLK)

Is'nt it the european version of the Vauxhall VX 220 like the one in the background.

might be correct redzedfour but vx220 looks very dated IMO, this looks a bit more up-to-date

Looking at all the pics it looks a bit more refined than the VX 220,but same chassis proportions with a slighty different body.

The car in the background is the Opel Speedster, which is basically the same as the Vauxhall VX220 and related to the Lotus Elise. The Opel GT was the successor of the Speedster/VX220, but is practically identical to the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky. Very different animal. I think they sold even fewer than the Speedster/VX220. I rarely see one.

Saw one at the breakfast club. Nice looking car but don't mix it up with the VX220. Different as straddle describes.ones a Lotus the other a GM Solstace chassis.
