Oops!!

Wow. Some big dents in those clips. I'd have been interested in the discussions between the drivers that collided :D

Makes me think that a track day is not such a great idea

The first rule of trackdays is that everyone looks after themselves.

That's why you buy insurance. It's not what you do to yourself or others, but what others may do to you.

The one with the Scooby & M3 at Spa resulted from a combination of stupid driving (the Scooby trying to slide it around the hairpin when he knew the pitlane exit was close) and the pitlane marshal (assuming there was one) allowing the M3 group out when the track wasn't clear.

The Spa one is outrageous, that hairpin is so slow there is no reason for the pit lane not to join with care which is what the 3 series was doing, god knows what the Evo was doing.

ouch!! mrs watching one born every minute as i watched this, think i saw more pain than she did!! :!:

God they look bad  Not as bad as the pile up at the 'Ring' last year, think there were 20 odd damaged cars in that 1 accident!!!

:? Very odd...I'm really not sure what the Evo driver was trying to achieve when he lost it at that speed.

The moral of many of these is when you lose the back end and think you can catch it, don't forget that at some point you need to stop steering into the skid...preferably before it snaps back the other way :P....

.....not that I haven't done exactly that myself more than once
