How about a Saturday rather than a Sunday?
I don't like missing the F1 :P

Currently voted for the 12th but most dates in April would be ok.

I'd be coming from Darlington...

I'd be up for this. Sheffield's only an hour from home. I won't vote as none of the dates are strategic to my calendar at the moment, but once you settle on one I'll see if I can join.
Then I guess I'll have to come, I'm sure I owe you a beer ! :icb:

1) t20lau - Tom & Elva - Sheffield
2) Lucy - Sheffield
3) Warren - Sheffield
4) Sammyz- Liverpool
5) mmm-five (Tony) - Liverpool 22-Mar only for me as I'm marshalling every other weekend

I'l be up for this depending on the dte. Started working sundays though so it will be a last minute deision from me. :)

Same from me too. Although the end point is great given I live about 30 seconds away!!! Good choice!

Saturday possibly better for me too, but I'll do whatever if I can fit in

So, Any more takers on Final Stop Point or is Meadow Farm good with everyone?!

As for the Date its looking like the Last Sunday in April, By the sounds of things is going to be an early one so how about we say 8am, as for a Starting Point we could make it the same as the Start Point or somewhere else that close by the Oopnürthring!!!

Any suggestion so we can finalise all this?!

I'm not sure on any of the dates yet unfortunately. I can definately do the meet up, but maybe not the before/after drives...

Sorry to be so indecisive on this, but if I can make it to the set date I'll work around whatever date it is :)

Dave

Guess you should just pick a date, 25th if that's the most popular, cos someone won't be able to make it whatever date you pick.
Pick a meeting point, a time slot- 8.00 to 8.30am sounds fine and set a rough itinery. Then see who turns up!

I'm up for it but theres no way I can get to Sheff for 8am. May have to meet you all more over this side of the woods on the trip . Disley/Manchester way.

If anyones coming from the M62 area could perhaps meet up with them first.....

Think there may have to be a cut off point where we say sod it, it's on that date. This may go on forever if we don't........

Can anyone not make the 19th? I've not seen anyone say they can't...

I can but i have an 18th birthday night out the night before so it's gonna get messy

I definitley can't make the 22nd as i'm either gonna be at Santa Pod Raceway or in Manchester all day. And i defintley can't make the 29th as i'll be in Liverpool.
I can make any of the others but 12th or 26th would be best as i won't be hungover as i have big night's out planned before the others :D

Im up for this one!! :D

How about a Peak District run? Had plenty with the VX220 lot and there are PLENTY of amazing roads with no-one on them :D We used to do...

60 Miles Exactly:
Duke of York Pub (A515) - Meet n Greet,
A515 North Towards Buxton
Right towards A6.
A6 South To Ashford
Left at Ashford towards Chatsworth
*Lots fo jigging about to get to Chatsworth house - take some piccies*
Goto Rowsley
Right on A6 Towards Bakewell

**Now this is where the roads get quieter :D *
B5066 towards Ashbourne
Stop at Pub/Hotel at Fenny Bentley
Lots of empty B-Roads thru Thorpe, Grindon, Warslow, Longnor
Back on the A515 to where we started!

And all that lot, looks a bit like this!

Nice one Ed. There are as you say some nice quiet roads in the peaks, its just a matter of finding them. If you've been on that run before and recommend it then I say we do it. Just not on the 26th :)

Thought I'd put my name down for this. New to the forum as only had the car for a week now.

Live in the East Riding of yorkshire (gods country) and have done a few of these roads in my works van - very nice unless it's foggy :o

Any weekend is good as long as there's a bit of notice.
