Why would anyone buy such a magnificent vehicle and then not drive it?

maybe its a third or 4th car..... a weekend dry only weather toy....

ive had mine since 2007.....its now got 10k miles, its been enjoyed on the weekends only and attends different shows... i suppose its how fits in with that particular owners life.

i do agree though its a shame to not run one of these much more reguarly... i personally wouldnt be able to stomach ///M running costs everyday.....
 
Mine was 9 months old and had 1100 miles on it when I bought it. Running in service was done as part of my purchase....the guy never drove it. 39,000 trouble free miles so far.
 
He may have had a whole stable of cars so only got used now and then i only do 5k a year never use my car in the week and not every weekend.

Will be a nice buy for someone like buying a brand new M

i suppose there a lots of people who can afford to have cars just for fun, if the owner ase 3 or 4 cars then very low mileage is expected

As its located at a Prestige London Dealership the cynic in me says its either been used to go to the shops and back, or the school run. "One owner from new" Probably bought by a city banker for wifey/lover out of his bonus :x
 
It's got hardly any options and probably done only short runs in it's life... I'd much rather have an example at around 20-30k miles that has more toys.
