Who do people use/recommend?

I always used to use Jessops (which still are operating photo service as was subcontracted out) as they used a Fuji crystal lab (I had a Saturday job in a boots photo lab when I was at school so knew these were good printers).

About to order some prints to frame and out of curiosity was going to tap into the wealth of knowledge on here...

Interested in quality over price.

Also do people prefer mat or glossy prints when framed?

Jessops online service seems to still be going...

Yeah I know, thanks. Just thought would ask the wealth of experts on here anyway!!

A friend who is a bit anal about his prints uses snappy snaps. Cheap sounding name but he raves about their quality. I've never used them though, so it's not a personal recommendation.

Personally I print my own :)

Dont do many prints, either at home or online etc. Did use Jessops a few times.

Are you concerned about colour matching/calibration?

err its more just the sharpness and depth that interested in - some prints I have seen from others have been terrible
