One touch windows not working

Related to my other thread about the GapTech not working I'd guess, but my windows will not 'one touch' up. They 'one touch' down, no problem, but no matter what reset procedure I try, it won't auto-up.

Anyone know if this can be fixed? I'll remove the GapTech if that fixes the problem.
 
Have you recently disconnected the battery. Mine did this and I thought I would have to get them reprogrammed but they just started to work after a couple of days.
 
The previous owner had a new battery, so it may be from that, but that was ages ago.
