One Touch Roof Opening / Closing

Is it possible to code the car for 1 touch roof opening / closing with out a smart top module?

not one touch as far as I know... just press and hold the "unlock" key to open the roof... but no closing option other than the button on the console.

Whilst its a pain I can't justify the smart top costs!

It's a pretty well covered topic and I've never seen a solution other that fitting a smarttop or the like

Maybe I should bring MrsG's Mx5. That has a really cool folding mechanism. We still do the Thunderbirds tune when it goes up or down.

Ive got a smarttop for sale which was on my 35iS. Would you be interested in it? They allow you to do things which can't be coded such as one touch roof up or down, remote roof up and down and one touch windows.
