Got back in the UK yesterday, out to Russia again tomorrow but back after a week. Looks like that one will finally be complete then :)

Look forward to getting in the M for a change and be home :thumbsup:
 
Dinner at midnight every night guess not the best idea either :D
 
Been there, done it all too often. Sounds glamorous but gets to be a real chore.

Glad to be retired now and waking up at home (most) mornings.
 
For me the travelling part was great when I got to see places. I used to spend the odd weekend away which was interesting. But I agree it sounds more glamorous than the reality, especially when flights are delayed.

Makes you appreciate home
 
I changed my job recently, partly because they were putting pressure on us to work away, I hate staying in hotels
 
Travelling for work can be very dull. Taxi - airport - taxi - hotel - taxi - office - taxi - airport - taxi repeat Trouble is taxis, hotels, airports, offices all look the same the world over....... sometimes a manage to book a free day on a trip but it's the exception.
 
I agree travelling for work can be dire. Fell out of love with city airport on Friday when the dlr broke and left me stranded in poplar in blackberry email stress hell.
