On the plus side that's another £100 - 200 onto the value of all the other e85's.

It's a pre facelift e85 and looks like an 03 or 05 plate from the reg.

As it's a pre facelift nobody could actually buy a Coo Pee when this car was new as they weren't on sale yet although the Coo Pee was designed at the same time as the convertible in 1998 / 1999.
