Hard working, honest and decent guy. Does alot for charity, loves his family, and is a pretty decent role model.

Hes very popular over there, seems a logical move.
And there are millions of reasons to buy the sexy f type :thumbsdown:
 
I would like to know more about his car history though, personally an ambassador for cars "should" have an interest in cars, but it's just marketing - not top gear

Although in his favour I've seen pics of him on confederate motorbikes, so maybe he's a closet petrolhead when Vic's not about :)

But surely whoever a car company chooses should have no bearing on whether or not you buy the car? You buy a car for the car itself not based on whoever is the 'face' of the marque.
They could've picked Hitler and it wouldn't stop me buying one.

Looking at their recent adverts with Sir Ben Kingsley, Mark Strong and Tom Hiddleston, I think David would fit in quite nicely with their British baddie look that they're going for.

i wouldnt buy a car or any other product for that matter that was promoted just because of a celebrity.... however there are some celebs i would disassociate myself with and i guess DB would fit into that mould as i do not consider him to be a role model for me and wouldnt want to wear any of his brands, clothing etc
 
haha Db a reason not to buy a car, you gotta explain to half of europe then :

why did they bought VW Beetle's wich was a design approved by Hitler, so i don't see the Becks problem.
 
Thank goodness the name of the car is just "F". Not sure if Db would be able to string a word together with more characters ...
