back in the day i had a trek 8000 mountain bike with a paint job like that, white with black splatter it were called... :)
 
IIRC there were 5 white Alpinas built, 3 in Japan and 2 in Switzerland. One of the ones in Japan has undergone a bit of a customised interior change................ if you like white you're in for a treat :?

True Andy, but I believe all white ones are LHD, none originally built for the UK market.... the Japanese ones are imports from Germany (for example, see #269 on the archive here

And light coloured clothing, including white kid leather gloves ! I think it looks great, but you'd die of car cleanliness OCD. first recorded case in history.
