I use stan's for my Mountain Bike tyres http://www.notubes.com/Stans-Tire-Sealant-Quart-P51C14.aspx instantly seals punctures when they appear / I run over something sharp, super easy to clean up after too. And it says on the bottle suitable for car tyres... might be worth a try

I know it's all the same kind of stuff, but personally I'd rather use a product intended for car tyres. It's not the sort of thing you want to be experimenting with when stranded in the middle of nowhere
