I'm also grateful that the reflective qualities of the scales aren't any better.................... and that you held the camera well forward before pointing it downwards. :?

Cheers, I’d like to get under 16stones. But as that would involve dropping more than 3 dress sizes from my original weight it could get expensive :o

I lost 6 stone last year and buying new clothes was a real pain in the arse!

My advice for getting rid of that pesky 3/4 lb.....have a big dump before you get on the scales!
