Just been cleaning out my website folder and found a picture of the state of one of my tyres after a trackday many years ago (before I started taking a spare set of wheels & tyres).

Luckily it was dry all day and I only had to stop 4 times on the way home to pump it up

The tire looks a bit scary, wouldn't fancy that on the zed in rain!

My mate was recommending track day for beginner to learn to push the car harder & knwing the limit. Might give it ago when I can afford it

That's got me a bit scared of going to my first track day without any spares Is it ok to go with about 4mm on and be safe to drive home legally?
