There is actually a well described medical syndrome in the literature where folk who have had radio iodine for Graves' disease end up switching to a Boxster S while their T3 levels are swinging back and forth .
Ok gang thoughts on this one

Monsieur Bond if you look at my past motor history then I can fully sympathise with your predicament
Maybe a small dose of beta blocker would all away your anxiety levels and allow to keep your current Z .In all seriousness if you are running hyperthyroid at the moment then it might be worth asking for doctor about ,ie to tie you over until you are euthyroid again ,assuming that you are actually hyper not hypo at the moment ,otherwise a beta blocker would wipe you out .
