Oil Service

According to condition based services as advised by the car. This is either 2 years or sooner for my car dependent on usage. One year due to many very short trips it took only 12 months between condition based oil services. Once it got less use/used for longer trips it moved back towards the every 2 years mark.

Hi :)

How often would you change your oil ?

I think it's better for the engine to give it clean oil every year, it's only minimal cost so cheap insurance against wear & tear

Each year or 7k-8k whichever came round first , good for any engine but even more so a turbo'd car

Have always changed oil and filter every 7-8,000 miles. A number of my cars have done over 250,000 and the engines were always sweet and never had trouble. Cheaper than an engine rebuild or replacement. Very satisfiying if you do job yourself too. :driving:

Modern oil allows service intervals of up to two years. Assuming you are doing less than the dash indicated service intervals. No harm in an annual change though.

Hi, every year regardless of when computer says to. As already stated a cheap maintenance option.
