We used it on our avgas burning aircraft piston engines...
It’s really useful if you are wracking up the miles with frequent oil changes..useful trends and exceptions come up..for a car doing one oil change a year not sure if it gives much value..if you can afford it then it has some emotional value..
In aircraft a sudden failure can ruin your day...less so in a car..and unlikely in most E85 6 cylinder engines....all IMHO..
