Oil leak

I have noticed some oil on the drive today where my M Coupe sits. Seems to be coming from the rear diff area. Have not done any detail investigation but just wanted to know if anyone has had a similar problem? Hoping it's nothing that I will have to get a second mortgage to rectify.....

Mine is weeping and all 3 seals and mounts would be £500 to sort at an indy. I'm just going to drain and clean, then refill and see if it reoccurs and if so at what rate.

probably diff seal if from that area but its not usual for them to leak enough for it to actually fall to the floor, usually just "wets" the area.

Had the input seal done on mine last August, £150 at a local Indy..
