Oil leak on Diff?

Hi chaps

Was checking under the Z tonight and noticed an oil leak at the back on what I believe is the rear diff? Had a search but couldn't find much info about issues/leaks etc so was hoping for some help from the Z4-Forum experts!

Here are some pictures of the offending leak,which appears on both sides, here is side 1:

Common problem on BMW,S its the Diff seal more than likely, a BMW engineer told me that even after a new one has been fitted it could start weeping after a week?

Cheers! First time ive noticed it, I will book it in with the garage. Do the seals need replacing, if so what sort of cost should I be looking at?
