Oil leak !!! HELP

Hi all.

After doing some work on the car today i decided to take a look underneath only to find an oil between my engine and gearbox ( where they join together). Any ideas what could be leaking? No wet patches under the car by the way.
 
Here are two pictures to show where it is. I checked the oil level and luckily it is full. The same as it was 10000KM ago so I know its not a massive issue. The car is a 2003 2.5i auto. I guess the only real way to determine the cause is to lift the car. Any help and advise is appreciated.
