oil leak - help

i have noticed substantial oil leak on parking floor, upon investigation i noticed that problem is caused from a part which i circled in red on the photo, dos anyone know what is the name of this part and approximate cost to replace it?

Looks like the oil filter...have you checked its screwed on correctly?

Yep, it the oil filter housing. As above check the black top is on correctly to the correct torque

Thanks, yes its screwed correctly, now i know its not a big cost to deal with this.

change the oil seal just under the cover of the oil filter.
