Oil leak from steering system cooler.

I appear to have a fluid leak from the bottom edge of the oil cooler. What is likely to be the cause and how is it fixed, do I need to replace the whole steering system cooler?

Perished seal perhaps? Start with that before replacing the cooler. Had this issue on my M3 and it was a relatively cheap fix.

Clean it all up first to help identify what is leaking. Hopefully just as seal as above.
