Oil leak but from where ?

I have an oil leak on my 2006 2.0 engine but I’m not sure where it’s coming from or if it’s going to be a fix or replace I have a pic taken when the car was up on a ramp from under the car. Does anyone know what part the oil is leaking from and an idea of cost to put right.

That oil looks suspiciously new any chance its from a spill?

Thanks for the idea but no have not put any oil in it

it looks like the vacuum pump, had the same, there is a rubber seal inside, I replaced it and ran sealer round the inside and it did cure it for quite a while but I needed to renew the whole pump in the end, got one on Ebay for £50 ( there is a couple available now) think the are a lot dearer from the Stealers.

Thanks eleflo I did have it in a garage some time last year but I forgot what they said it was as I only use it in summer time and it’s been locked away for some time since then, I do remember them saying £500 will fix it but thought I would ask on here with all the knowledge.
