Oil dripping onto exhaust manifold after hard acceleration

I have smelled burning oil three times now after a hard acceleration approaching redline.
I popped the hood and I can see where oil is leaking from under the area I am pointing to and slightly behind it as well. It appears to be leaking from above the valve cover gasket. Given that this happens after hard acceleration, I’m wondering if I might be building up crank case pressure and perhaps have a crank case ventilation issue? Thoughts?

Valvetronic gasket is likely to be leaking.
Check for oil pooled in the wells around the plug coils either side of it. You can pull them out to get a better look.
There is a process to replace the gasket and that also depends on which gasket you purchase.
I’ve got my eye on mine at the moment.

Common for cam cover gasket to go hard and brittle from repeated heat cycles and age. Valvetronic seal also fails but do check the cam cover isn't warped as well. How old is the ccv system, maybe time to renew that as well. If your cover has the 15 rubber bolt seals always replace these as they go hard and don't snug down enough to achieve a good seal
if you use the old ones.

I finally got back to the Z4 today and pull the engine dress up cover off and I do see evidence of oil on the valve cover from around the oil fill cap and also I see evidence of oil in each coil/plug well on either side of the valvetronic. I’m in slightly unchartered territory here, so can someone tell me what seals or gaskets I would need?
