Oil advice for 2l sport 06 plate

Hi , I have searched the forum for oil advice and it's left me a bit puzzled. Some of the information is old so I'm not sure if it would still be relevant. I am going to use my car everyday, what would be a good choice?

I used that site to double check which Castrol Edge to buy.
